Terms and conditions
✔ Article 1 - Stay's length :
The client signing the contract for a fixed-term stay may under no circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises after the agreed period.
✔ Article 2 - Contract's conclusion :
The online booking becomes effective once the client has guaranteed the reservation with a valid credit card on the start date of the stay.
✔ Article 3 - Cancellation by the client :
a) In the event of cancellation or modification up to 3 days before the arrival date, no fees will be charged.
b) In the event of late cancellation, modification, or no-show, the owner will charge 100% of the total stay amount.
c) In the event of an early departure, the amount corresponding to the accommodation cost remains due to the owner.
✔ Article 4 - Arrival :
The client will be welcomed on the specified arrival date from 5:00 PM, or earlier depending on availability. In the event of late arrival, the client must inform the owner.
✔ Article 5 – Payments :
Payment to the owner may be made by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
✔ Article 6 - Tourist tax :
The tourist tax is a local tax payable by the client to the owner, who then transfers it to the French Public Treasury.
✔ Article 7 - Use of the premises :
The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. The client agrees to return the accommodation in good condition.
✔ Article 8 - Pets :
The contract specifies that the client may not stay with pets. In the event of non-compliance with this clause, the owner may refuse the animals. This refusal shall not under any circumstances be considered a modification or termination of the contract by the owner. Therefore, if the client decides to leave, the accommodation cost remains due to the owner.
✔ Article 9 - Capacity :
The contract is established for a specific number of guests. If the number of guests exceeds this limit, the owner may refuse the additional guests.
